Who handles your data

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. Only the name and email are required.

Why

Only to reply to you and to talk about the project you describe. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who else processes it

The message is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, to Estada's Gmail (Google) inbox. Both companies process data outside North Macedonia, including in the United States, only to deliver and store the message.

Cookies and logs

The site sets one technical session cookie, needed for the security check on the form. There are no tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

The server keeps technical logs (IP address and request time) for security and spam protection. When you send the form, the log also contains your name and email address.

How long

We keep messages for as long as they are needed for the conversation and the project. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection you can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, and you can object to its processing. Write to atrendov1@gmail.com.

If you believe your data is processed unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
